A former advertising copywriter and creative director, Lindsay has always been drawn to creative endeavors. After having her three children and leaving a full-time career behind to be at home with them, she soon realized she still wanted to be creating something. At an accidental trip to the Jewelry District in Downtown LA, Lindsay picked up a handful of materials to make herself a bracelet. She made one for her mom, her twin sister and a few friends as Christmas gifts. From there, people started asking for them. She had her first trunk show to launch the business in June 2018 and it has been growing ever since.
In creating every piece, Lindsay’s process for each Glitter for Breakfast piece is meticulous. Every 14k gold-filled or sterling silver bead is inspected for quality and strung by hand onto stretch silicone cording, then carefully tied. Her uniquely wide range of bead sizes has expanded to include fine diamonds and semi-precious stones. She specializes in custom bracelets and enjoys collaborating with her clientele to create the everyday jewelry pieces they treasure. While the stretch bead bracelets, rings and necklaces are at the heart of the Glitter for Breakfast offerings, Lindsay has broadened the collection to include a carefully curated selection of pavé diamond earrings and necklaces. Glitter for Breakfast is a business that is devoted to catering to a local community while also selling across the country and around the world.
Born and raised in West Hartford, Connecticut, Lindsay attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. She lives in Newport Beach, California with her husband, Rett, her son Quinn, her daughters Casey and Dylan, who are valued contributors to the business and important members of her Glitter for Breakfast team, and their dog, Chief.
